Based in Berne since 1928, GANGLOFF is a typical family business. The first funicular railway body was produced in Berne back in 1929. In the 50s and 60s, GANGLOFF mainly built bodies for luxury tour coaches and through carriages.				With Gangloff Carrosserie, Gangloff Trailers and Gangloff Cabins, the company now has 3 strong divisions which are being expanded continuously.	The renaissance of funicular railways in the 70s made Gangloff an international operation. This led to the development of other products, such as large cabins for		aerial cableways, Space Cabs and the Cabriolets so popular in the USA, in particular. Today, you can climb mountains in Gangloff cabins all over the world.
